When We Lose the Love of Our Life

Relationships end for many reasons.

Breakups and divorces cause enormous changes we must face, even if we are the ones who decide to end it.

It hurts.

And we must find ways to adapt to the changes and cope with fears and heartbreak. The life we once had is no longer a part of our reality.

In this course about Love Lost you will walk away with these three takeaways:

--- Greater Self Awareness: Sometimes we do not give ourselves permission to grieve a breakup or to feel the hurt. If we have children we must take care of them and maybe negotiate a different kind of relationship with our ex-partner or spouse and time for our deep reflective consciousness disappears. It is important to find ways to get that self-reflection back again.

--- Greater Understanding of What Self Care Looks Like: Managing your time is like balancing on a tightrope and all you can do is stay steady. There may not be time for taking a yoga class or going for a workout. How does self care fit into your new life?

---Greater Sense of Purpose in Community : You need to find your people who support you. This could be family or friends and it might be finding a new community of support.

This course is an exploration of these three important integrated areas of your life that will help you find balance and self-understanding as you move forward after a breakup. There are five videos to watch and six "Engagements" which are ways you can write and reflect with intention on the material presented within each video.

A breakup is about the relationship shifting, changing, and ending as it were.

The breakup is an opportunity for you to put yourself back together.

Better than ever.
